Used to order from here regularly. Food was lovely and always came in a reasonable time, even when we lived further away from the restaurant than we do now. In the past couple of years we have ordered sporadically and every-time it’s over an hour. You phone the store and they tell you “it’s just going out now, should be with you in 10/15 mins” another half hour goes by and you phone again to check up on the order. They again say “it’s out for delivery and should be there soon”. When enquiring for a partial refund for the wait the man on the phone was very apologetic and passed us on to (presumably the manager). This manager has attitude and should not be in a customer facing role. I am open to people being in a bad mood or stressed etc and can overlook that someone may just be having a bad day. However, this lady has spoken to us a few occasions with the same problems and always had attitude. It’s a shame because this was a great restaurant a few years back. Wouldn’t recommend these days. Hopefully they can revive back to their better days. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a delivery and hasn’t showed up in over 2 hours. Terrible service. Would never order again.

You put the wrong address on your order and also buttoned the staff member trying to explain, driver tried calling you for over 15 minutes no reply? How is this the shops fault
