I have celiac disease and found they have a separate fryer for gluten free foods. Went there the first day and it was delicious, had no problems. Tried to order over the phone the next day a to-go box with stinky fingers and frys. They said they could accommodate my gluten free needs again but when I got my frys they had seasoning that was no on there the day before, called the staff and had her check with the cheif. She claimed the seasoning did not have gluten and told me they are gluten free. Got 3 frys in and realized I had been glutened!!!! If you eat here be careful of the frys and if there is seasoning on them, send them back!!! Don't trust the staff opinion, trust your gut!!!

I am disappointed I ordered my favorite salad Asian salad with the option of teriyaki chicken and when I got it there was nothing on the salad to even show or taste there was teriyaki sauce. Taste like something lain blackened chicken. When I called and ask the girl who answered she didn’t even apologize or try to fix it or transfer me to a manager and she Told me my salad sat to long that the sauce dripped off. I wasn’t given any teriyaki either. Just disappointed. I order this salad all the time it’s one of my favorite. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We’re really sorry to hear this, Yissell. When you order a favorite menu item, you should be able to count on it being prepared the way you expect. We understand your disappointment, both with the salad and with how your concerns were handled when you called. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
