I use to eat at Wings Time regularly but my last two experiences were horrible. Not so long ago I ordered a gyro and it was extremely disgusting. It was not fresh and the lettuce was soggy. I called and explained the condition of my food and all the guy said was that “they cooked the lettuce with the onions” and to request that the lettuce isn’t cooked next time. Not once did he offer to fix the problem. I never had a restaurant cook the lettuce on any type of sandwich. My last visit I had ordered a 20 piece wing combo and two of my wings were cooked down to the bone, not even edible. Who would think to put those in the box? The prices are great but I’d rather pay a few more dollars with American Deli or Wing Factory than to go back to Wing Time.
