This is my first time at this Wingstop location and it was decent. They greeted me when I came in. My order was ready in about 1 minutes after I got there. The deals save you quite a bit of money. The flavors are pretty good. I will return. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly disappointing. I ordered through DoorDash for pickup because it said my order was ready. I got there, and there were barely any customers inside, but I was told they were still working on it. I waited another 15–20 minutes, and then they asked for my name, only to realize my order had been sitting on the pickup shelf the whole time. By then my food was cold. What made it worse was that while I was waiting, I watched another customer trying to pick up their order, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive toward them too. I know everyone has bad days, but customer service matters. If an order is already ready, it should be handed to the customer instead of sitting there getting cold. I really hope they improve because this wasn’t a great experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
