Yo hago doordash y Uber y el trato para los conductores es super grosero. Me trataron como si me estuviera robándome la orden y no contentos con éso me obligaron de malos terminos a confirmar la orden sin estar lista ni entregarmela. Me parece una falta de respeto y falta de ética. La hice por el cliente pe jamas y nunca regreso. Mi tiempo vale mucho y mi servicio es entregar la orden no empacarla ellos tienen que tener la orden lista no el driver. El tiempo de el driver es muy extricto para que ellos sean tran poco profesionales y tramposos. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While I genuinely believe the staff are good people, I am absolutely furious with Wingstop’s management for completely failing to get their act together for Super Bowl Sunday — a day that any competent business should be fully prepared for. I placed my order early in the morning specifically to avoid issues, only to find out later in the afternoon that my order never even went through. I spent $94 on wings that I still haven’t been refunded. That’s unacceptable. Meanwhile, my colleague also ordered ahead of time and was repeatedly told to come back “in an hour.” He had to leave his home multiple times and miss chunks of the Super Bowl just to chase down food from a business that clearly has no idea how to properly staff or prepare for peak demand. This is basic planning. Super Bowl Sunday isn’t a surprise. It happens every year. Any halfway competent management team would have hired extra help or contractors to handle the volume. Instead, customers were left hanging while money was taken and orders weren’t fulfilled. This was a complete operational failure. I wasted time, money, and patience dealing with a business that doesn’t understand how to run itself on its biggest day of the year. I will never be coming back.
