I had the worst experience we love coming to wingstop, but the people that work in there are rude, have no manners, the shift manager last night was amazing. She gave me all my money back because of how rude the people were. I'll never understand if I was their boss. They would have got fired on spot. That's what's wrong with this world today people only work for a check and dont care how people get treated Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I used to always buy here because I love the shop, but one day I called ten times and no one answered. When I went to the store, they told me they couldn't take my order—that I had to order online—and they treated me rudely. I won't spend my money at this place again; when you pay, you expect good service.
