The fried boneless chicken was fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy. The French fries came out fresh and hot as well, and the sauce had just the right amount of flavor without being overpowering. On top of the great food, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. What should have been a simple fix turned into an unnecessary argument. The manager argued with me tooth and nail over an issue with French fries instead of simply correcting the mistake. When an establishment messes up an order, the professional and customer-friendly thing to do is make it right. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. There was no accountability and no effort to resolve the situation respectfully. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others. Customer service matters — and this experience was unacceptable. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place needs to shut down...These wings are the most bland and dried out wings I ever tasted...the weak tasting different flavor sauces still doesn't help the chicken...my last time ordering anything from here..I was so upset cause I was so hungry for wings.
