I’ve ordered this place many times. The food is good but they frequently get the order wrong. I’ve ordered 8pc before and only got 6. Paid extra for well done and didn’t get it. I ordered recently from DoorDash. Restaurants are supposed to check the name when giving drivers food. Someone random took my order and they never checked. Then they told me nothing could be done. I ended up getting a refund from DoorDash but I’m over this place. It is too inconsistent. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I visited this location last year and it was a disaster. I decided to give it another try since my last visit was a year ago. When I entered I wasn't greeted, which should have been a warning sign. I proceeded to the cash register to order. There was an employee in the lobby on his phone, a young lady mopping the floor behind the counter, and a manager on the fryer. Both were aware I had been waiting for my order to be taken. But no one acknowledged I needed to order. The employee who was mopping the floor told the manager that I needed my order taken. The manager looked at me, turn around and went back to the fryer . After that I made a decision that I would not spend a dime there. I do not know how this place stay in business. It's evident that the people hired DO NOT value customers. And whoever is the owner doesn't either. I'm sure they read all of these reviews, but NOTHING is being done. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been here a good bit over the past year as well as other wingstop and its always been the same old cold left over trash with sorry employees that never cared. But I gave it another go because there fries are great when fresh and hot. Well I noticed a new manger well not sure if new but new to me as well as the other worker not sure if she was a manger but should be if not. This was my best service I ever got from a wingstop the manger what white lady and the other girl was a black lady they did a great job waiting on the customer and made everyone feel welcome thank yall hopefully yall can teach the other staff the great customer service skills yall carry food was great Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
