Hands down the worse food experiance ever. Got off work and order some W.S on their app. Door dash delivered the food. I order 7 garlic parmesan and 8 Louisiana dry rub wings. I got 15 plain, over friend wings that taste like old dirty grease. The manager who can barely speak a work of English said, I will send you another order. I waited 2 hours. No food. Called back she said I made your order. I said its not here she said sorry and hung up. I called back talked to the cashier. Who could speak english. She couldnt understand ger own mansger. Was told the general manager would call me back. Called 5 days later for my $35 back.the cashier said it was refunded and I never got it. Called back spoke to the non English speaking manager a week later and she said speaks no English. This placr is a joke. I had tp literally call my credit card company for $35. Due to horrible employees and customer service. Your better off opening the window and throwing your money out then go there. Foods horrible and the customer service is even worse Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Wingstop honestly deserves love, but the biggest shoutout goes to Heeba. She has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen — super kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and the experience, not just getting through the shift. Food was great, service was fast, and Heeba made the whole visit way better. Employees like her are the reason people come back. She’s the GOAT fr — best customer service of all time. Highly recommend this location. stood at register for 15 minutes while 4 employees ignored me. Never said one minute or anything just kept looking at me and walking away. nobody has even said a word. i said excuse me and got a look and ignored. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
