I went into Wingstop tonight and spent around $40 on chicken wings, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. I was told my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, my 5-piece wings were sitting on their side, with grease leaking out of the box and soaking through the bag, all over the ranch cups that I paid $1.50 EACH for. Absolutely disgusting and careless food handling. To make it worse, when I asked for my order and said it was for Matt , the girl behind the counter just said “OK” and shoved a cup in my hand — no confirmation, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Zero customer service. For the amount of money Wingstop charges now, this level of quality and attitude is unacceptable. Greasy mess, ruined paid items, and employees who clearly don’t care. This place has gone downhill fast. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend wasting your money here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
