I really wanted to like this place since I pass by it often, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I came in around 10:15 PM and wasn't greeted. Instead, the first thing I was asked was, "Pickup?" When I said I wanted to place an order, I was immediately told I had to order online and couldn't order in-store. That's fine, but there should be a sign on the door letting customers know that before they waste time walking in. I then asked what time they closed and was told midnight, even though the sign says 1:00 AM. I was told they shut everything down at 12 so they have time to clean and close. That seemed odd, but whatever. After ordering through the app, I was handed my food with no smile, no thank you, and no customer service whatsoever. I'm used to dealing with rude employees, so I let it go. The bigger issue was the food. My wings were so heavily salted that I couldn't eat more than three of them, despite ordering twenty. I also ordered the Voodoo Fries. I wasn't given any napkins or silverware, so I had to wait until I got home to try them. They actually tasted pretty good, but they completely tore up my stomach afterward. I handle spicy food very well, so I don't think the seasoning was the problem. My suspicion is that the cheese and/or ranch may not have been stored or handled properly. After waking up in the middle of the night rushing to the bathroom, I knew I had to throw away the other half of the fries I had planned to save for later. With customer service like that, I didn't see much point in bringing my concerns to the staff. Hopefully this review helps other customers make an informed decision and encourages management to improve things. The next time I want Wingstop, I'll gladly go out of my way to visit a different location.

Ordered a combo with 2 drinks. Wasn't told the drink machine wasnt working until asked for my cups. Was told the machine wasn't working and there was nothing they could do and refused to even refund the cost of the drinks. No apology, seemed completely unfazed or bothered. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst food business in town !!! Terrible!! I waited 19 minutes for classic wings UNACCEPTABLE !!! WILL NOT COME BACK ! Also, when I tried to rush them, they gave me barely warm classic wings from under the counter!!!! Stay away from that location !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
