Karthik from WingStop Bluewater was really fast processing my order and guide me with all the options available for the perfect combo. Took my kids here for a treat, although it's a must everytime we go to Bluewater, our trip is incomplete without paying a visit to Wingstop. Generally we've always experienced good service here and the food is also really good. However, I have taken the time out today to review my experience this time round as it was exceptional. Karthik ushered us over with a lovely warm smile and greeting immediately providing the customer service we now lack overall. He took our order politely, and made sure to check in regards to any allergies. Once the food came, we were not disappointed, we've eaten there plenty of times but this time round everything seemed to be spot on. The food was hot, fresh and tasty, and we got seating straight away! Half way amongst devouring our food, before Karthik clocked off for his shift, he gestured over to me from a near distance to see all was good. I gave him a big thumbs up and he smiled, bowed his head, put his hand on his chest before walking off. Lovely service right from the start, it can make or break an experience. And I'm pleased to say, me and my kids enjoyed every moment. Especially the Mango Habenero chicken bites. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Karthik done our table service and he was quick friendly and helpful. The guy serving us at the till (didn't get a name) was brilliant, very friendly and polite. Food was amazing and vibe was great! This was the first wingstop branch I've ever visited and will always be my favourite. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
