Ebony went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. She fixed the issue I had in a timely manner and went out of her way to bring me my order personally. Thank you so much for all that you do, you're an amazing woman and I'm so happy you were able to assist me. The wings were juicy and not dry on sauce, fries were perfect and so was that rach. The absolute worst experience at a wingstop EVER!!!! The staff were rude and threw the food at my husband over the counter. When I called to report the incident the manager. The manager Jarell was very unapologetic and did not care at all. Even stated that he just walked in the door so I guess that means you can't investigate and find out who the staff member was?!?! (NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER BTW) I will never ever order from this location again and will be letting the corporate office know as well. I wish it had an option for 0 stars because that's what's deserved!!! Also the food was terrible, the wings weren't even covered they were half naked. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
