I had a mistake with my order, but the manager went above and beyond to fix it. They were understanding, professional, and made sure everything was corrected. I really appreciate how seriously they took the situation definitely great customer service! I will return to give them another try! Price per person: $20–30

UNBELIEVABLE!!! We literally just got in town and placed an order online at 12:55am for a mild chicken sandwich meal with ranch. I send my son inside to get the order. I notice a moment later it went dark inside the restaurant and he comes out 2 minutes later. He tells me the Indian woman behind the counter questioned him for coming in so late, And asked him if he had just gotten off work he’s 13! They tell him they’re out of French fries and instead of giving him the cup for a fountain drink they gave him 2 bottles of water and no ranch. They gave him the greasiest chicken patty on a bun and gave him a side of teriyaki instead of mild sauce. I ordered online so no I didn’t see the closing time as I was able to place the order! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Wingstop. I will 100% be going back In the morning before I get back on the road to get my refund. What terrible service! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
