This is the third time they have messed up my order by either giving me someone else’s meal or messing something up in my order. I decided to go up there this time so i could get my correct food and they kept telling me i was wrong and that it was the door dashers fault. i don’t think it’s the door dashers fault when they ask for Kelsey’s food and the wingstop employees give out someone named Carla’s food. The bigger white lady who always has a bun(idk her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag) told me i had an attitude and made it a problem to have to remake my food. While i was waiting she came out of the kitchen multiple times to say unnecessary things like calling me a “smartass”. i wouldn’t recommend buying food from wingstop while she’s working because even after she remade my order it was wrong. she tried to make every thing better by giving me more food but it still wasn’t correct. i ordered Cajun Classic Wings, like verbally those words came out of my mouth and went into that lady’s ears, yet she somehow heard lemon pepper. i didn’t go back in this time because it had already been too much of a hassle and if i would’ve told her right then and there that she messed it up again she probably would’ve gotten mad at me a created another problem Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Delivery was over 45min late fom original given time. Over charged, and wrong products on delivery. A totally bad experience. By far, the very worst $48.00 meal that I have ever eaten. Their APP never works. Good wings, terrible service. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

customer service was sub-optimal. admittedly, it was right before close, and im sure they were tired and ready to go home, but i think the expectation to be treated w/ respect when your order is incomplete should still be there. also, if you want traditional wings, dont come in right before close. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
