Called to place a to-go order on 6/14/2026 at 4:40 PM, and before I could even get my order started, the employee answering the phone had a rude and dismissive attitude. She immediately said, “I can’t take your order over the phone,” in a tone that made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. When she asked if there was anything else and I paused for a second to think, she hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If this is how customers are treated before they even place an order, I can only imagine how little management cares about customer experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be returning. Service: 1

I tried to use my card on the app twice, took my money and returned it both times . Drove there and the register took the same card. Never had this problem but its frustrating as heck!! Then the girl taking my order missed something and I had to pay for that seperate!! I have to admit that store was super busy!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Well what happened wings soggy not crispy hardly any sauce fries cold i was told 15 mins waited 43 mins is because they focused on online Uber eats befor any walk ins and wingstop.com other than that wings were big but maybe double fry next time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
