I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Wingstop tonight. I placed my order online and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they were out of the Spicy Korean Q sauce I originally ordered and had to substitute it for Garlic Parmesan. After that change, I still had to wait an additional 8 minutes for my food to be prepared. Because of the extended wait, I reasonably assumed that my order had been checked and completed correctly before being handed to me. Unfortunately, after driving all the way home, I discovered that my 6-piece bone-in chicken order was completely missing from the bag. I then had to make a second trip back to the restaurant to resolve the issue. When I explained that I had received everything else except my chicken, the staff responded in a way that made me feel as though they doubted my honesty rather than addressing the mistake professionally. This was both frustrating and disrespectful. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that this is not the first time I have encountered poor customer service at this location. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be accurate and that any mistakes will be handled courteously and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience tonight. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
