Su agradable servicio es siempre un placer. La mayor parte del tiempo, Wingstop te ofrece una sorprendente atmósfera. Pero un gran número de asiduos que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

It took me about 40 minutes to an hour to receive my order. When I first entered the restaurant, it was kind of packed, which is understandable that I’ll have to have a wait as time went on. I was the only person in there and hasn’t yet to receive food. The workers were too busy talking to customers about their Personal lives instead of working on our food. Most of these customers were online pick up, but I could not have done that. I feel like it is good to talk to the customers and get personal, but not when it Jeopardizing your ability to do your job. One of the workers was flirting with a customer. The other workers were talking and gossiping about the worker who was flirting with a customer. Not only until that customer leave did they start working on our order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered food through the app and they kept forgetting things from our order. The second time we came in, we showed them our order and told them exactly what we were missing and they were slightly ignorant about it. We had to go back a third time because they still didn’t give us all of our food. When we got back, we realized they had still messed it up and gave us wings instead of tenders. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just left wingstop and my food was not cooked throughly and at that the atmosphere of the place stunk. The worker had an ugly attitude, and at that there was no ice in the machine and the worker had the nerve to say it takes awhile for it to make ice. I will be reporting this behavior to corporate and hope that they get new management and crew members there. I will not be referring people to eat at the wingstop in Muskogee. But if you want poor customer service and food then be my guest. Third time this happened to me here since this has been open and each time it was an unpleasant experience. Never again Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
