Whoever yall had making fries this evening and yesterday evening knows what their doing cause our fries were hot and fresh both times them voodoo fries slapped, hell just the fries without all that were good! I ordered some boneless hot honey wings for my wife. When I got home they were actually buffalo. The manager Adam was overly apologetic and asked in what way he could make it right. He remade the order no questions asked and put a few extra wings ij for my trouble. This is for sure my go to wingstop if this service is always the standard. Mistakes are common. Outstanding customer service? Not always. Ill be returning for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I paid a lot of money for 5 extra ranches and directly asked the worker if he put ranch in the bag. He said yes. I drove 40 minutes back home to see no ranch at all in my bag. The worker seemed standoffish when I called up there about my ranch. DO NOT come to this restaurant! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
