Fui con muchas expectativas por las alitas picantes y salí completamente decepcionado. Para empezar, el servicio fue lento y desorganizado: esperé más de 30 minutos por un pedido que supuestamente era “rápido”. Las alitas llegaron frías, mal cocidas y empapadas en una salsa que más que picante, sabía a vinagre recalentado. No había equilibrio en el sabor, solo picante por picante, sin ningún tipo de disfrute. Además, el tamaño de las alitas parecía de codorniz… y ni hablar del precio: caro para lo que ofrecen. El ambiente del lugar también dejaba mucho que desear. cero atención al cliente. Me sentí ignorado y mal atendido desde que entré. Definitivamente no pienso volver. Si te gustan las alitas de verdad, busca otro sitio. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Found a long hair in my celery sticks and sandwich. When I went in to get my order the ladies that were working had their hair half up. I asked if they wear hairnets and the manager told me that her boss Jake doesn’t provide them hairnets.. very unsanitary when I called the manager was very rude & seemed bothered by talking to me. This was 06/18/26 @4:30pm I didn’t get her name but she was the manager on shift. This Wingstop has to do better it’s gross that I’ve seen them without gloves before and they don’t even wear hairnets. They need better employees!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an online order at 5:25 PM and selected a pickup time of 6:15 PM. Unfortunately, my order was not ready until approximately 6:45 PM—30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. This experience left me extremely disappointed. The purpose of placing an online order is to have it prepared and ready at the designated time. The significant delay not only caused frustration but also made me late for work. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology, and no sense of empathy for the delay. Instead, the interactions felt dismissive and rude. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location. This was a very poor customer experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
