I had a small issue with a previous order, but the management here and the corporate team were incredible at making it right. It’s rare to see a place take customer satisfaction so seriously. Truly appreciate the honesty and the follow-through. I'll definitely be back! Price per person: $10–20

Joseph the general manager is very rude and doesn’t allow their customers to express their opinion about their order. He should never be allowed to be a manager base on the way he’s aggressive towards customers who call to complain. The chicken was raw and the food is nasty. My orders got messed up due to computer site and Joseph the manager won’t even allow me to speak. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A young man helped me at the counter - I forget his name - but he's originally from Wisconsin. He was so helpful and kind guiding me through my first experience at a Wingstop! It definitely left a good impression of the chain and of customer service in Portland/the US in general being from Canada myself. Honestly everyone at this place seemed hard working and good at being around customers though. I'm sure it was the most expensive fast food meal I've ever had (especially considering the exchange rate lol) but I suppose it's different than a burger and fries (which I think they do serve? but I wanted something classic). I was told the ranch is made in house and is quite special and that's very true. I never use dips/sauces on anything but I'd definitely get that dip again. Very clean washroom as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
