Abdul greeted me when I walked in. He was very kind and professional. I appreciate that he answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcome. I didn't catch the cook's name but he was also very kind and professional. I am new to the area and I am very habitual about where I go to eat. This experience will definitely make me come back. The food was really good too. I know that 10 minutes can feel like a long time when you are hungry but I thought the wait time was appropriate. The food was really hot and that is most important. The restaurant was so clean... like immaculate and I had planned on getting the food togo but I felt so comfortable that I just sat down and ate it there. Thanks to Abdul and the cook. You guys are awesome. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I stopped by Wingstop on Avent Ferry road in Raleigh NC to take advantage of a Labor Day special, but unfortunately, the system wouldn’t let me redeem the offer. That’s when Stephan, the manager, stepped in and went out of his way to resolve the issue. His exceptional customer service truly made a difference. This kind of dedication is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Wingstop corporate should recognize Stephan for his outstanding service—he went above and beyond when others might have just brushed me off. Great job, Stephan!
