They did not get our order right. We drive all the way back to get it fixed and the employees are just having a good old time. We tried calling numerous times and no one would answer. The ticket clearly says classic and they gave us all BONELESS!!!! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Great experience at Wingstop! The wings were fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Staff were friendly and the order came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Definitely one of our go-to spots for wings. We’ll be back!

This was one of the most unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had. I placed and paid for my order, received confirmation that my food was ready, and arrived before midnight — during their posted business hours. The doors were locked, but someone was clearly inside. I spoke to her, explained that my order was already prepared and paid for, and she simply told me they were closed and refused to give me my food. They took my money and kept my order. That’s not just bad customer service — that’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It would have taken seconds to hand me what I had already paid for. Instead, I was left outside with no food and no refund. If you’re going to close early, stop accepting orders. Don’t charge customers and then deny them what they paid for. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others before ordering from here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
