This place used to be the Wingstop to go to. I live closer to the Bernalillo one but was always missing stuff , My order was not right at that location so I would come to the one in Rio Rancho the last four times that I have gone the food has not been prepared as requested, The fries were still raw today and management at this one has gone downhill along with the staff. This one is now the same as The Bernalillo store and there is no point in going out of the way to get the same service and your order not prepared the way you requested. Management doesn’t seem to care and will go hide in the office when there’s an issue , just not do anything about it , or make excuses why is was messed up . Dont waste your time or money here . Honesty Best policy hace 5 meses en Google

Today I ordered a pickup order. I requested for my wings to be well done and when I got home they were clearly not well done. The guys in there don’t smile they just look scared or annoyed I’m not sure which one they are but they aren’t smiling. I didn’t feel good after eating the wings and even threw up. I paid for a brownie and they have dates on them but I’m not sure those dates are accurate as the brownie tasted weird. I hope I didn’t get food poisoning from here. I order from here a lot and usually the wings are great but today they were just gross and not well done as I requested the lemon pepper wings also had little to no lemon pepper on them so they were basically plain wings.
