While sitting and waiting for our food, I asked a female employee for a water cup and instead of just saying they don’t give out water cups, she hands me a cup and says, “get only water, because we’re not supposed to give out water cups.” Now what makes her think that I was going to get anything else anyway, race? We were going to dine-in prior to that. Now I see exactly why the customer ahead of us had words with her. The lady asked for a ranch, saying she was going to pay for it, but this same employee immediately had an attitude saying she didn’t order a ranch. Then she laughed and talked about the customer when she was there and loudly when she left. Poor customer service, rude, disrespectful, condescending attitude, and very unprofessional behavior. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sadie is the best person who works at this location. She understands customers service and customers needs. I am in the customer service business and I would say this she is the best in the business. She goes above and beyond and that is hard to find these days. She is an asset for this store. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The server at the register assumed our name before asking us if we had food or what our name was on the order. He then said "well i called it out earlier" and he said "trent?" which we didnt even respond cuz our name aint trent. he then dropped our food on the counter, making a loud thump on the counter. Very bad bed side manner. Sadly, we are going to try a different location next time, hopefully itll be better cuz we heard wingstop was good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway
