CUC Secondary School (Caribbean Union College) hace 2 meses en Google

Workers were joking around in the food preparation area with one of them lying on the floor when I entered. When ordering I asked the cashier if the worker who was lying on the floor washed his hand before resuming preparing meals. His response was "that is bullshit, of course he washed his hand". I don't accept that kind of disrespect for a customer's concern about the safe preparation of food. Price per person: $10–20

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Wingstop app, and my order was suddenly canceled. When I called the store, they told me to contact DoorDash even though I ordered directly through Wingstop. After spending about 25 minutes on the phone with the manager trying to figure out what happened, I was told that the food “must have gotten stolen” through DoorDash. To make things worse, they said because my order was large, they couldn’t remake or resend it. Instead, they just refunded my money. No real effort to fix the issue, no replacement, and no proper resolution. I also never received a refund confirmation email, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional. The refund just appeared on my credit card without any communication. I missed out on a specialty item I specifically ordered, wasted a significant amount of time, and ended up without food. This was handled very poorly. Update: The company did reach out after my review, but only directed me to a generic feedback form instead of providing a direct resolution or addressing the situation in a meaningful way. That response felt just as disappointing as the original experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s my fav spot for late-night eats. The wings always taste good. They have a great selection of wings. I came in, wasn’t sure which flavor to get, and Brittany helped me. She was great. Such outstanding customer service Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
