I'll never in my life return to this particular location Natalie is very rude and higly incompetent of leadership. Should I have to constantly repeat my order? I asked for a large ranch and not to mention touching my veggie sticks with your bare hands is very disgusting especially when you're touching your phone and other things. For the sake of the next customers wear gloves, and conduct business in a professional manner, never force or push ranch in a customer's hand because you're irritated. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. An employee accused me of lying and trying to steal while I was trying to resolve an issue with a previous order that a manager had already been handling. I felt I was treated differently because I’m Black, and the entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. The employee also appeared to come back from her break just to involve herself in the situation. I hope management reviews the security cameras, identifies the employee, and addresses this matter. No customer should be treated this way.Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop.
