Placed an order this morning on SuperBowl Sunday for wings for the party. Showed up when they were supposed to be ready. Staff greeted me when I walked in, immediately helped me get my order, and the food was hot like it just came out. Flawless experience with this spot on what I imagine is one of the busier days of the year. 10/10 Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our food was good, the order was accurate, but the service left plenty of room for improvement. I interacted with two team members, both of whom seemed dissatisfied with their current circumstances. Asking for additional dipping sauces seemed a point of annoyance for both. Not having my card in my hand (as I had paid when I originally placed the order) also seemed to frustrate. I don't know what happened before I came in, but it seemed very unpleasant for the employees. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Wingstop in Slidell has the absolute worst service and food. If you actually get your food it’s drenched in grease and takes hours at times. Employees stand around doing nothing while customers stand there and wait. After over a hour of waiting I cancelled my order. This has happened more than once. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
