recently ordered from this location on 3/31/26. I had 2 orders of 15 pieces of wings mixed. Both orders had some type of fries added....one of the orders of chicken should have been all boneless wings 7 pieces hickory smoked barbecue flavored and the other 8 pieces garlic parmesan. All 15 pieces of this order was all garlic and lemon pepper flavored. One order of the fries was very much overcooked. Some of the fries was burnt. We asked for several dipping sauces, cheese, ranch, blue Cheese and smoked barbecue. What we received was the cheese sauce and 3 ranch sauces. This was my family's first time ordering from here and possibly our last. We spent a good amount of money for the order not to be done correctly. We even gave a nice tip in advance, because we ordered online. Never again. Very disappointed!! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I hope the employees got double or triple pay for what they had to go thru in superbowl Sunday. Because they were understaffed, was it poor management or lack of incentive for employees to work? Waited an hour after my pick up time (6pm) and left without food because the game already started and missed the first quarter. Wingstop systems need to be corrected to only take a certain amount of orders at a time. 10 people cancelled their orders as well as me. We were advised the cancellation would process later. Does that mean they still made all that food? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
