This has to be the worst Wing Stop in the entire chain. Each time I order a meal for delivery, I receive an order of pigeon wings (that's how small their chicken is), a handful of fries, and one container of ranch, regardless if I ordered an additional container or not. Last night I placed a delivery order for ten wings with a side of parm fries and an additional order of voodoo fries. I received a container with approximately twenty fries (or less) with five shakes of hot sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and no seasoning. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Let's start with the fact voodoo fries don't come with hot sauce. I received NO cheese SAUCE, NO ranch, NO Cajun seasoning. The couple of sprinkles of shredded cheese (IF that's what it was, obviously this restaurant is saving money so it could have been anything) AT THE BOTTOM of the finger full of fries didn't cut it. The fact I'm being charged full price for subpar food is disgusting. If you can avoid it, don't eat here. Or maybe you like small wings, slight fries, and limited ranch (or any other sauce), in which case have at it. As for me, I'm going to Sheetz. Food: 1

Put order in at 4:30pm Super Bowl Sun. They said order would be ready at 5:05-5:20pm. Got there the place was slammed only people getting orders were Door dash. Waited 1/2hr and was told my order was going to be another hour.Canceled my order. If you can’t fill my order by your stated time you lied to me. Another lady put her order in for 5pm LAST Tuesday and she never got her order. So I don’t need your lies anymore Service: 1

I’ve been to Wingstop before, so when my boyfriend and I decided to go to the woodhaven location - I was excited - when we walked in a couple was waiting to be served and had been waiting for a little bit, about 10 minutes later someone came to the front to help them - than help us - there was a tone of inconvenience from the person serving us issue one. Issue two: we get our drink cups, sit down and we waited 25+ minutes for our food, we weren’t alone in this - there were other people who were waiting when we walked in who were still waiting until just before we got our food!! When we got it - the chicken tenders were way over seasoned, the fries were pretty cold and my boyfriends wings were below par issue 3: we could see into the kitchen where we were sat and the workers were ON THEIR PHONES than touching food, no gloves, no handwashing, etc. - id like to believe that is a huge health code violation due to cross contamination and bacteria spreading. Unfortunately - we won’t be back to this location . Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
