I placed a DoorDash order this morning and what I got was disgusting. One of my tenders had a literal BITE MARK in it. Like someone actually took a bite out of my food before bagging it. And it gets worse. My lemonade cup was filthy — the inside was so dirty I wouldn’t even let my dog drink out of it. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly upset that I paid for this. I reached out and couldn’t even get a refund. Zero accountability. Wingstop, this is unacceptable. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered the wings at the wyncote location on 3/5/26 . The wings were so overcooked to the point of almost inedible. Due to having eye surgery I could not take them back. The seasoned fries tasted like they had sugar on them. Not a good experience. Definitely will not go back there again or recommend Food: 1
