Needs to improve on simple small things. Had 4 small conditioners and 2 Shampoos. What good is that? No shower gel whatsoever. Only one soap! No hot water straight away. Had to turn shower on to get hot water thru tap. Sneaky door. These are simple maintenance issues. We have stayed here quite a few times and the service on reception are lovely and so close to everything but just need to realise the small things that truly matter. But overall we still have enjoyed our stay there. Just concentrate on the small things that really are not that hard. Service: 2

Delicious breakfast, extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location was excellent, with everything conveniently close by. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again. Service: 5
