As someone who’s enjoyed my fair share of beer over the years, I can confidently say the beer here is excellent and true to style. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the brewery itself and the people behind it. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Combined with some of the best beer in the country, this is a brewery that’s easy to recommend and one I’ll definitely be returning to.

Stumbled upon this place when visiting Milwaukee and enjoyed it so much! We ordered a beer flight (with a cheese flight, of course). The bartender, Jess, made a list of other local places to check out - super thoughtful - and the brewmaster did magic tricks for us. Love this place and will visit again when back in MKE.

Stopped by during a long weekend trip to sample several breweries. They have a small space in a lower level, with a half dozen bar seats and several tables behind. They had ~8 beers on tap with a decent variety of styles. Looks to be mostly year round beers with a couple seasonal offerings. They remind me my local, just a small operation making beer as a passion project, not to get big. 4 stars just because of the small number of offerings. But I like to support the small operations, so this is worth a stop for that reason
