We had excellent meals here, 2 of us ordered the "GAGE MEAT PLATTER" Cooked as asked for perfectly.. 1 friend ordered the "Chicken Schnitzel with garlic prawns topper".. 1 friend ordered "Fish and Chips" All meals were delicious, a credit to themselves, will be returning and l highly recommend a visit... Service: 4

Went for drinks late at night with mates. Staff were nice and conversational. Located short walk from Parra station so good for getting home at night too.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Woolpack Hotel. The customer service is extremely poor — the staff are rude, unwelcoming, and look like they don’t want to be there. There’s no greeting when you walk in, no “hello,” no acknowledgment at all, just frowns on pretty much every staff member’s face. When you go into the gaming room, they don’t even bother asking if anyone wants drinks, which is basic service you’d expect at a pub. Overall, the atmosphere feels cold and uncomfortable, and the lack of basic manners and service completely ruins the experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend if you’re looking for friendly or attentive service. Service: 1
