I placed the order through aiquefome and had something unforeseen and called X delivery Estrela to cancel. I received very poor service, they said they couldn't cancel the order and they hung up on me In the aiquefome app itself, it says that if you need to cancel, you have to call the restaurant directly. I called again and asked the woman who answered me not to hang up because the request had not yet been accepted by them, just not accept it. She said she would see what she was going to do. Staff unprepared to serve. I was going to try their food for the first time. I never recommend it
