Called to order during level 3 lockdown, went to pick up with a Visa debit card, the guy there said they only accepted cash/bank transfer. Told him that he could've told me earlier on the phone as many would be carrying around their cards instead of cash, especially during level 3. Then he rudely complained about how he was supposed to bring the EFTPOS machine all the way to the front door and that I should've known(?). Once I came back home, found the cutlery was missing. Called the restaurant back and talked to the same guy, he then rudely blamed me for not asking for one, then hung up.
I've been a regular customer for the past several years, will never visit again. Extremely disappointing. Please train your staff properly... seriously...
