Such a delicious time at Xie Bao in Edison, NJ. I started with the Garlic Shrimp & Scallion Oil Noodles which were AMAZING. Next was the Yangzhou Fried Rice whoch I could eat daily. Crab cakes were such a nie treat, followed by Chicken Lo Mein, which was a definite win, the Shrimo Shumai was light and delicate, the Pan-Fried Dumplings with Crab Roe & Pork which is an absolute crowd pleaser. This restaurant was so cute and serves complimentary radish and nuts while you wait. Looking forward to sampling the rest of their menu. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Soft braided eel is amazing!! Lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice tastes so authentic!! The taste of Crab roe over rice meets the expectations. The slow-simmered pork and bamboo shoot soup is good but if the white pepper can be less, that would be better. The pork and crab meet buns are so cute. The atmosphere is very good. Good music!!! Their signature dish: crab roe over rice definitely did not disappoint! We got it with dan dan noodles, coconut shrimps, and pan fried crab roe pork bun. The portion size was bigger than expected and way too much for 2 people. The atmosphere was good with chinese ost songs in the background. Though, I do wish the appetizer arrives first before the main dish. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
