I went there for drinks and to dance. The drinks were good, but overpriced. $21 for a Manhattan with mid-range bourbon? The upstairs deck is nice, but the view is limited since it surrounded by taller sky scrapers. I did not eat there, but the choices were limited- burgers and a few other options. The wait staff was very good. The DJ was good. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Makayla immediately came to the fire side table and asked what we fancied for our drinks we told her and she was off to the bartender! As my husband and I were waiting for our drinks we sat by the fireside and took in deep breaths and enjoyed our moments that we were having. We recently got married and haven't been able to enjoy ourselves until right now. Thank you makayla for the sweet hospitality and how you gave me extra cherries on top without me asking, you are so kind! Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a disappointing experience at The Xport Rooftop lounge/restaurant due to the rude service. Our server seemed frustrated from the moment we walked in, acting like taking our order was a burden. They were dismissive and short with us, making us feel unwelcome. Just so you know I was planning a birthday dinner for a friend and visited a day prior to finalize the details and reserve a table for our group. When we arrived at Xport, they seated us at a small table that couldn’t accommodate everyone. They also told us that it's gonna be a 30$ charge to bring the cake that we already purchased and bought with us to the table but they charged us $50 instead to deliver the cake and didn’t even sing happy birthday or show any enthusiasm while doing it. When we wanted to order, the server responded with irritation, as if we were inconveniencing them. This negative attitude overshadowed the meal and view/atmosphere entirely. I don't think they understand that we are paying them for our experience there. I left feeling unwelcome and unappreciated, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
