Amazing coffee on the edge of Rincon, only place open at 6am I could find. Locally grown coffee beans, locally roasted in shop too! Top of the line equipment and technique. Best coffee on this side of the island I'd say. I plan to come back the next time I'm in PR. Everyone has heard of how good puerto rican coffee is supposed to be but surprisingly there aren't a lot of good cafes around in my opinion, a lot of frufru drinks. But not pure coffee. I found it difficult to find a bag of locally grown and roasted coffee even in those places. But in my search I found this place. It's on the edge of Rincon, but 200% worth the drive. The beans are grown locally and ROASTED locally. Here you can get authentic locally grown and roasted beans. Best souvenir you can take! The beans in puerto rico are good but it isn't easy to find a barista with good skill/technique. That's where Lincoln comes in. He's passionate, maybe obsessed is a better word. He's a cool dude and we talked about the process and equipment and he showed me how he roasts and it was great. My girlfriend had to practically drag me out of there haha. He also doesn't downtalk his competition only compliments and tells you whats cool and unique about them too. Really appreciate that sort of attitude. This shop deserves some real hype. 1. Great présentation. 2. Convenient. Close to the ferry. Not too far out of your way. Just park on a back street. 3. Co-pocates to pizza place. 4. Very nice they speak English! 5. Good prices compared to competitors! Definitely recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
