Meal budget per person (without drinks) Category 3 (over 120000 KRW, 100 USD) The restaurant features various Yaki for Korean beef (Yakiniku means Charcoal-grilled meat restaurant.) The owner Chef, Mr. Wonjae Youn started his first Y-Style (Yakiniku) in Tokyo in year 2008 and opened Y-Style in Seoraemaul in 2016. He is awarded WSET Wine Level 2 and his restaurant with Poing Awards in 2019. Makase means entrust or delegate, so, Omakase means the Chef's recommendation. I like the configuration of his Premium Omakase, neither lacking nor excessive, as follows: * Nikomi (니코미, dish with boiled ingredients) * hors-d'oeuvre (오더블) * Nama (나마, raw) * Shioyaki (시오야끼, boiled in salt) * Tsukemen (쯔께멘, Soba) * Sukiyaki (스키야끼, Pot food with various ingredients of beef and green onions with soy sauce) * Rossini (로시니, beef with truffle) * Ochazuke (오차즈케, dish with rice in green tea) * Soft Tofu Stew (순두부찌게) * Dessert & Soba Tea (디저트&소바차, buckwheat) Nikomi is a good Japanese appetizering starter. The beef, either with Nama or Shioyaki or Yaki, it is very tender and savory with the typical Japanese marination. (It is cooked in the open kitchen and served on the table, and it would have been better if the bowl or dishes are warm to prevent the food from cooling down. @ystyle_omakase ) Rossini is soft and full of flavor! Price are moderate and Valet parking is available for comfortable visit. Tables in semi-room type are spacious but there is no room for private dining.
