If you ever find yourself near the Moulin Rouge craving something truly exceptional, YCY is unreal. I started with the baos, beef, pork, and chicken and mushroom. They are made in-house, pillowy soft and bursting with flavour. The recommended sauce was a very nice touch too! Then came the wonton soup I hesitate to call anything “the best ever,” but in Paris, this is it. Add this spot to my favourites. Other diners were even saying how it was excellent whilst paying. The service is another highlight. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, chatting with guests, recommending dishes, and making the experience feel personal. I also ordered the fresh homemade iced tea struck exactly the right note. Not overly sweet, and perfect after a spicy bite or two! Ambience, flavour, service — this place delivers on all fronts. If you’re in Paris and want to treat yourself, YCY should be at the top of your list. 100% recommend, and I’ll be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
