I recently dined at Yu by Toki in Riyadh, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best Asian dining experiences I’ve had. The flavors were rich, the textures perfectly balanced, and the presentation was impeccable. We started with the Black Truffle Dumplings – delicate, aromatic, and bursting with umami. The Xiao Long Bao (Chicken) was equally impressive, with a flavorful broth and tender filling wrapped in a thin, perfectly steamed dough. The Sweet & Sour Chicken struck a perfect balance between tangy and crispy, while the Duck Fried Rice delivered a satisfying, smoky depth. The standout, however, was the Angus Bun – juicy, tender beef encased in a soft, steamed bun with just the right amount of seasoning. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. Our waiter Jahid and his colleagues were amazing – attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. They made sure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.
