I heard it recently opened and decided to try it out. I got dubai chocolate waffle and omg it was so good. They make it fresh in the house so you get it warm and crunchy. Matcha is really good, perfectly combined matcha flavor and sweetness. The owners, especially Alshureek, are so nice and always ready to help you out with the choice ( because the menu is big ). I will definitely be back and try all other drinks and desserts!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yallah Sip & Sweets has only been open for a month on Lyell Avenue, but it has already become an instant hit. The glowing reviews are 100% correct! The interior is incredibly aesthetic and welcoming. When we walked in, Saeed greeted us with a massive smile. He was so patient while we scoured the menu, which was no easy task because absolutely everything looked amazing. You are completely spoiled for choice with their huge variety of treats. They have everything from traditional Yemeni drinks, Arabian desserts, and custom cups to an espresso bar, iced lattes, smoothies, matcha, mojitos, milkshakes and those famous viral desserts. We finally decided on the Juban Yemeni Coffee, a Dubai Bomb, a Spanish Latte, the Tiramisu Classic, and a Red Shai. My Tiramisu Classic was super light and creamy and the expertly crafted Spanish Latte was absolutely delicious. However, the ultimate winner was the Red ShaiWoW! It is hands down one of the best Yemeni teas I have ever tasted. Yallah Sip & Sweets is a fantastic place to visit.
