• I did not know what to order so I resorted to their Instagram page to look for photos as to what I wanted. The cashier was very transactional and did not seem to offer much help.

Food:
• The Yang's Tea Latte was delicious and had a strong milk tea flavor. It was also amazing tasting and not too sweet. It reminds me of the strong black tea with milk you can get in Hong Kong or anywhere in South East Asia. It was delicious and the grass jelly added an extra special flavor and texture.
• The marble boba Tea Latte was also just as good. The brown sugar syrup they use for the flavoring is also what they use to make the tapioca. It was very syrupy and velvety and is similar to the brown sugar from Okinawa. The Tapioca has the perfect chew to it and compliments the drink perfectly.
• They also your locally sourced organic dairy products for all their teas. You can get their tea's iced or as a hot latte.
• The process of steeping the tea's is intricate here. They are rinsed through a machine just like how coffee is put through an espresso machine. This ensures the tea and blends to be extremely fresh. As my favorite is a black tea base, both my drinks had a regular blend of tea.
• A plus with Yang's Teashop is that they make a "Tea Boss Nitro Latte". This is similar to the process of making a nitro coffee. A specialty tea is infused with nitrogen gas and is stored inside a tap.
