You’re absolutely right: regardless of any technical issues, you deserved a sincere apology, clear communication, and priority service for an order you already paid for. What you described does not reflect our service standards. Offering only a refund without empathy or an attempt to remake your order is unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for that.
