Me and my father visited this place and the customer service was quite poor, and they were severely undersupplied on almost every thing on the menu, at least everything that looked appetizing that is. Then the yogurt machine s were practically "peeing", they had not not been functioning correctly. Not just that but the topping were old and stale. In my words I would never under no circumstance visit that place again, ps understand that terribly low quality is implied

My son came earlier in the week and the chocolate had gone sour. 3 people in his group had purchased it and were not able to eat it and they were not reimbursed. Against my better judgement, we decided to give them one more chance because my sons really wanted to go to the advertised “no weight Wednesday’s” after their first day of school. What an amazing rip off. We were not told to use special (tiny) cups - that were not with all of the other supplies - so were charged full price. My kids had added so many more toppings than usual because they thought I could afford it due to the promotion. The cashier was rude and dismissive when I complained. Horrible service. questionable sanitary/health concerns. And a total financial rip off. Never again.
