APPALLING BEHAVIOUR!
At 20:20, I placed an online order FOR DELIVERY. At 21:25, I finally got through to Yo Yo by ‘phone to enquire as to when I may expect my delivery.
The man to whom I spoke was one the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter by ‘phone. I asked, very politely, when my delivery would take place, and he immediately went into a frenzied tirade about how busy he was, how he didn’t have a driver available, he was closing at 23:00, and shouted that I had to use Uber to have my food collected!
I’ve usually enjoyed my food from this place, but this level of customer service is deplorable, and inexcusable. We all have bad days, but there is no excuse for this. He would not let me say anything to me and just ranted, eventually putting the ‘phone down on me.
Meanwhile, I am out of pocket by more than £15!!! Even if I have to pursue this issue win the small claims court, I will get this money refunded, plus costs!
