I was eating with my boyfriend when he noticed there was a piece of rubber in his bite We only found it at the last few bites which is very disgusting we had to eat so much before discovering it. I always go to yogen fruz and never had this happen. From the beginning, it wasn’t mixed well — I ordered medium froyo with strawberries and blueberries — so when my boyfriend asked me what he was eating I said it’s a blueberry don’t worry. He kept eating it until he said that it doesn’t seem like a blueberry cuz it was chewy. That’s when he took it out of his mouth and revealed a piece of rubber. He went to talk to the employees and they gaslit him saying it is a blueberry and that some are rubbery because it was frozen.Mind you this piece couldn’t even rip in half and it did not taste like a blueberry. Edit: Yogen Fruz addressed the issue in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love the small 6 dollar frozen yoghurt tasty like ice cream its frozen fruits of your choice and frozen yoghurt and milky bubble tea with tapioca Pearl's was good slushie was very good the offer for 12$dollars extra with tapioca Pearl's 10$ friendly customer service Price per person: CA$10–20
