You came to us for Ramen, you chose a table next to the door, so the waitress suggested you choose another one, saying that it would be cold in this place, so we are sorry that you blame us for your decisions. Regarding Ramen soup, the menu states that it is a soup with instant noodles, we do not hide this fact. This soup is very popular among our guests. We never informed you in advance that some of the ingredients come from packages (i.e. pasta) but if someone asks about it, we don't hide it because we have no reason to do so :) The above words were probably confirmed by the guests whom you asked what they thought about the Ramen they had the opportunity to eat :) as for your calculations, I understand that electricity, gas, other bills and salaries are covered by themselves and hence the margin of 100% :) To sum up, we understand your disappointment and we are very sorry that you were dissatisfied. If it weren't for the fact that you ate everything, we would have easily refunded the entire amount of your order, because we never have any problems with it if someone raises their objections right away :)More
