A very cute, quaint store in Kunitachi famous for traditional Japanese sweets and shaved ice. I was surprised to hear that customers would order more than one bowl in one sitting, but went ahead and also ordered two bowls with different flavors. The restaurant is small with limited seating, but because of that the owners are very kind and attentive to each customer. Despite the summer heat, as a total shaved ice novice I got a little chilly after my first bowl and they kindly offered me hot tea before I asked, and was so grateful for looking out for me. The shaved ice were so flavorful, and they have a few menu items that change with the seasons. A great way to beat the Japanese summer heat and definitely will be coming back to try more flavors!
